At The Pelvic People, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in our specialized fashion pieces. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
